We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ChiFortune. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it

Be unworn or unused

Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: We do not accept returns for:

Used or worn items

Custom or personalized products (e.g., blessed, engraved items)

Gift cards or sale items

Products damaged by the customer

Perishable goods or hazardous materials
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@ChiFortune.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping address and further instructions. If the return is due to a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately after your refund is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you’ll receive your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@ChiFortune.com.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be:
